State the Human Capital and Customer Capital of at least two IT Organization.

Human Capital of Lenovo
Liu Chuanzhi founded Lenovo in 1984 with a group of ten engineers in Beijing with 200,000 yuan. Lenovo officially states that it was founded on 1 November 1984. The Chinese government approved Lenovo’s incorporation on the same day. Jia Xufu, one of the founders of Lenovo, indicates the first meeting in preparation for starting the company was held on 17 October of the same year. Eleven people, the entirety of the initial staff, attended. Each of the founders was a middle-aged member of the Institute of Computing Technology attached to the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The 200,000 yuan used as start-up capital was approved by Zeng Maochao. The name for the company agreed upon at this meeting was the Chinese Academy of Sciences Computer Technology Research Institute New Technology Development Company.

Customer Capital of Lenovo
Lenovo has operations in more than 60 countries and sells its products in around 160 countries. Lenovo’s principal facilities are in Beijing, Morrisville and Singapore, with research centers in those locations, as well as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xiamen, and Chengdu in China, and Yamato in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. It operates a joint venture with EMC, LenovoEMC, which sells network-attached storage solutions. It also has a joint venture with NEC, Lenovo NEC Holdings, which produces personal computers for the Japanese market.

Human Capital of LG

Significance between the two Companies
They are both reputed brands. Lg is a reputed korean company into the consumer electronics for long time…whereas Lenovo is a chinese brand that gained lots of reputation only in computer market.

Difference between the two Companies
Both of them are quit different devices but Lenovo dominates the LG offering in every way possible I mean just look at the specs of category but well LG has good reputation and better customer services so if you want a safe buy go for LG otherwise look no further Lenovo have just the right piece of hardware.

 

Advantages on each capital they have
Lenovo is a chinese brand expect the good quality and how to manage the company he knows how to manage the capital.

LG has a good reputation by selling  high quality  and best selling products.

 

What did I Learned?
You need to have a vision and inner strength to prove your dedication to win the competition of the business and do not be afraid the outcome but always believe in your self.
